Not only did the live show rock, but your high-energy performances also revved up the crowd. Your cover of Mazzy Star's "Fade Into You" was my personal favorite. It also amazed me that the guitar playing was great, even though your guitarist/singer, Rex James Ewing, was having trouble with his monitor that night. He even gave up on it at one point, dragged it on its side, slapped his beer down on it, and pronounced that it was only useful as a coffee table.
I also think it's badass that your band originated in Texas when your lead singer Brandin Lea first met your guitarist Cory Kreig at University of North Texas in Denton. Texas, represent!
Anyway, the reason why I am writing this, is because I would really like to get a date, um, I mean an interview with your lead singer, or any other member of the band. If I don't hear from you, I will be the petite Chicana girl at Rox wearing the Max's Kansas City T-shirt standing up front waving wildly. See you there!
XOXOXO, Amalia Ortiz
P. S. Soul Cracker and Harlow suck!
