With the second annual Maverick Music Festival (March 21-22) just weeks away, the updates are humming in. Today we have the full line-up for the Arneson Stage: 12 San Antonio bands, on the rise and recognized.
In December, we reported that Crown and Creatura were listed on the initial slate.
Now it's official that Sun*Day will reunite all its original members for a show. Rapper Carlton Zeus will celebrate his new CD release. Hydra Melody, who we featured last month, will introduce their latest recording. Plus, Wild Party will also Also on the bill: Pop Pistol, the Hares, Juantanamos, Dark Planes, and Dub Gideon.

And finally, Fea will make its much anticipated debut with their new singer Alli Lweo. Remember, this is the side project of Phanie Díaz and Jenn Alva (Girl in a Coma). As Alva told SA Sound, “It’s an all girl group saluting riot grrl, Tex-Mex style.”
And if you haven't already heard: yesterday, we reported that the music and art magazine Mondo Nation is curating the Juarez Stage, featuring 10 bands from near and far.
