If you’ve ever lamented that you were born too late to see one of America’s founding hardcore punk bands, worry no more. And if you’ve ever worried that you’d never see that band split into two factions and beef at each other like an old married couple, well, you’re in luck there, too. The “official” version of Black Flag, claiming that title by dint of being led by guitarist and SST label boss Greg Ginn, hits the Korova for an all-ages show, just like the gigs your parents used to go to before Ginn qualified for AARP membership. They’ll be running through classics from before the band’s disintegration 25 years ago as well as some new material from their forthcoming album. Lifelong pot-stirrer Ginn may have some choice words for the other version of the band, currently touring as “Flag” with double the original members. $22-$25, 8pm Saturday, The Korova, 107 E Martin, (210) 995-7229, ticketfly.com.
