TABC ain't messing around.

The Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission's latest undercover operation targeting people who sell alcohol to minors tested more than 900 businesses across the Lone Star State as fall semesters for college students began.

Less than 10 percent of targeted businesses fail the stings. A whopping 91 percent of businesses passed.

TABC remains committed to upholding public safety and ensuring the safe, lawful and responsible sale of alcohol.”
