The Spanish Governor's Palace at the Plaza De Armas is hosting the Second Annual Flambeau Parade Pop-Up for people who are all about Fiesta, but not about the crowds.

Tim the Girl and O'liva Healthy Local Cuisine & Tasting Room have secured a parade route designated for relaxing, drinking and avoiding crowds. A group of chefs will be cooking all night, so you'll have everything you need to chill out during one of SA's busiest times of the year.

The parade is set for 5-10 p.m. April 23. Tickets are $85 and must be purchased here in advance. Better get 'em quick though, this pop-up spot is  sure to sell out.
