The deadline to register to vote in Texas' March 1 primaries is today.
Are you feeling the Bern? Or are you a disciple of The Donald?

Whichever way your political inclinations lean — left-wing, right-wing, chicken wing — you’ve got to vote for them to matter. And the deadline to register for one of the year’s most important ballots is today.

The deadline to register to vote for Texas’ primaries is Monday, February 1. If you haven’t registered to vote, you’ve got the rest of the day to do so. The primaries take place Tuesday, March 1.

Download a voter registration form through the Bexar County Elections Department, fill it out and mail it to the following address:

Voter Registration Office
1103 S. Frio St., Suite 100
San Antonio, TX 78207

As long as the form is postmarked by today, you're good to go. You can also change the information on your voter’s registration card or request a new one online. Remember, to vote in Texas you must be:

-18 years old by election day
-A United States citizen

Unsure if you’re registered to vote, or whether your information is current? Use this handy-dandy tool from the Texas Secretary of State to find out.
