Full Record Store Day 2014 Lineup Announced

Posted By on Fri, Mar 21, 2014 at 1:34 PM

For casual vinyl collectors or the most adamant of audiophilic nerds, Record Store Day 2014 boasts several hundred new releases, bangin' reissues and collectors' gems to pick up exclusively at independent stores. Celebrated on the third Saturday of April, Record Store Day was founded in 2007 to champion not only the physical format, but the neighborhood stores that carry vinyl and support communities of fans, musicians and humbling levels of musical knowledge.

For the April 19th bash, the folks at Record Store Day  teamed up with independent sellers throughout the US for their largest offering yet. With pressings ranging from 50 (Dethacathect) to 7200 (Rhino's Side Series), RSD makes a point of exclusivity. For the rarest of releases, you can only get them in store on April 19th.

Hogwild Records (1824 N Main) and the CD Exchange at 3703 Broadway signed up as an official venues. And though Record Store Day doesn't guarantee that all vendors will carry everything on the extensive list, get ready for a serious wallet drain.

The full list of releases is available here.
