The DJ/producer behind Golden Age hip-hoppers De La Soul, Gravediggaz, Big Daddy Kane, MC Paul Barman and one half of Handsome Boy Modeling School, Prince Paul, will be headlining an intimate solo set at Strip dual-bar Phantom Room on February 20.

The Prince of the ones and twos will be headlining a bill that includes Faust mainstays the 45 Friday DJs, DJ Jester the Filipino Fist and necio upstarts Midnight Swim. Hip-hop heads take note, not that you need me to tell you, this is not a show to be missed. Like a rare pair of kicks for sneakerheads, this is the concert equivalent of Tar Heel-powder-blue throwback Jordans, so mark that shit.
