The hip-hop duo of Killer Mike and El-P, Run the Jewels, are currently working on their third installation, Run the Jewels 3, which does not have a release date as of yet. However, they have also been hard at work dropping their hits, as meow-ed by cats. The first record of pussy cat tracks, released in September 2015, was originally intended as a joke – Mike and El-P starting a Kickstarter campaign to raise $40,000 to record and produce the track – however, when $66,000 was raised, they ran with it.

Featuring the production of such heavyweights as Prince Paul and Dan the Automator, and including the talents of Just Blaze, the Alchemist, Portishead and Massive Attack, Meow the Jewels 2 kicks of its countdown to release with the tune "Meowpurrdy," which boasts cameos from Lil Bub, Maceo and Delonte. Scope out the spooky-scary video below. Be warned, this isn't your typical cuddly internet kitties.
