Catch some badass music without the long lines and sweaty crowds of SXSW at Imagine Fest. As the inaugural festival for SA's locally owned book and record store that hosts live music, Imagine Books and Records isn't holding back, featuring a total of 35 bands.

Day 2- Monday, March 14th
7 p.m. to Midnight
$7 Cover, All Ages

Invision Love (11pm - 11:45 pm)
With smoother than a criminal (sorry, not sorry) vocals and a wide array of instruments not usually found in indie pop, Invision Love sounds like Morrissey fronting They Might Be Giants – it works better than it sounds on paper.

The Blind Owls (10pm - 10:45 pm)
Getting that good ol’ '60s sound, right down to the recording quality found on early Beatles releases to refined perfection, Corpus Christi’s the Blind Owls’ original material is a slice of retro rock ‘n’ roll  that doesn’t resort to covers of their idols.

Jupiter Thief (9pm - 9:45pm)
San Marcus beat doctor and rapper Jupiter Thief’s production has variety that makes his music more interesting than meat ‘n’ potatoes hip-hop. There’s a cerebral ambience paired with controlled synths, claps and snaps.

Dead Tree Duo (8pm - 8:45pm)
The new age classic marriage of cello and guitar is a match of heavenly proportions. Dead Tree Duo takes on the cello - acoustic guitar combo with a black mountain hills of Dakota vide.

Sophisticated Puss (7pm - 7:45pm)
