We have increased our entertainment as the event will now feature six stages both nights, including two nights of Tejano / Latin music. The sounds of Rock, Country, Tejano, Jazz, R&B, Hip Hop and Pop music will fill the campus with many diverse and exciting sounds.

For those of you looking for a place to relax and take it easy at the Bake, we have created the new “Chill Zone.” This area will feature Jazz on Friday night and the new Singer/Songwriter showcase on Saturday. Additionally in this area, we have partnered with Mondavi wines and the San Antonio Food Truck Association to bring you some great local fare with a special wine tasting. Enjoy delicious food and wine in this new area which is soon to be one of your Fiesta Oyster Bake favorites!
