Crossroads 2 Year Anniversary

“Hindsight”

Take a look at the past at R Gallery’s “Hindsight” exhibit. For this collection, Rigoberto Luna has selected works from 32 artists who have shown in the R gallery within the past year.

Art Fit: Art + Exercise
When: Tue., May 10, 6 p.m.-7 p.m.
Where: San Antonio Museum of Art Sculpture Garden, 200 W Jones Ave.
Take a look at some art and then go for a run at this event hosted by the San Antonio Museum of Art. Coaches from Run Wild Sports will lead a run down the river along with kettlebell exercises.

Free Seniors Conjunto Dance
When: Wed., May 11, 10 a.m.
Where: Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, 1301 Guadalupe St.
If you have nothing to do on a Wednesday morning and are considered a senior citizen, pay a visit to the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center for a free conjunto dance. The dance will be the first event of the Tejano Conjunto Festival.

The Art and History of Boudoir

If you’ve ever wanted to dive into the subject of Boudoir, here’s your chance. Angela, the owner of of Red Raven Photography, will give guests an overview of the sexy art. The event isn't technically free (entrance is $5), but each attendee gets $5 in "Kinky Cash," so it's sort of free.

Free Outdoor Movie: West Side Story
When: Thu., May 12, 8 p.m.
Where: Mission Marquee Plaza, 3100 Roosevelt Ave.
Head over to Mission Marquee Plaza with a picnic for a free screening of West Side Story brought to you by Slab Cinema.

In Bloom: A Fashion and Art Event at Quarry Village
When: Sat., May 14, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Where: Quarry Village, 300 E Basse Rd.
San Antonio designer Leighton W. Couture will present a fashion show at Quarry Village, displaying luxury apparel. Visitors can watch the ensemble while sipping on wine samples from Chloe Wine Collection and munching on food from Trader Joe’s. The event will benefit SAY Si.

Movie in the Moonlight: The Intern
When: Sat., May 14, 7 p.m.
Where: Olympia Hills Golf and Event Center, 12900 Mount Olympus
The Intern will make a moonlit appearance at the Olympia Hills Golf and Event Center on Saturday. The Olympia Hills Bar and Grill will sell food and beverages beginning at 6:15 p.m. The event is open for those 18 years and over.

11 Year Anniversary Party ‘90s Style Benefitting San Antonio Pet’s Alive
When: Sat., May 14, 7 p.m.
Where: The Hangar, 8203 Broadway St.
This event is the perfect opportunity to wear a crop top with high-waisted jeans and chunky shoes. The ‘90s themed party will offer free snacks and music. Beverages and games will be available for purchase.

Arts Haus 8
When: Sun., May 15, 8 p.m.-12 a.m.

Poor Haus, a bar in downtown New Braunfels, will host a plethora of artists and performers for Arts Haus 8. Jewelers, painters and at least one fire spinner will take the stage at the event. Teas and teaware will be available for purchase.
