29.4134° N, 98.4882° W is Corpus Christi artist Jorge Alegría's first solo exhibition in San Antonio, and the title references the exact GPS latitude and longitude coordinates of the Presa House Gallery. The exhibition features a collection of over 60 paintings, drawings and sketches that range from figurative to the abstract, many of them nuanced with multi-layered graphite and extreme precision producing an atmospheric or dreamlike quality. The opening reception will be held First Friday, November 1st from 6-11pm and the exhibition will remain on view by appointment through November 30th.
