5. Government Canyon State Natural Area
For all day fun and overnight camping, Government Canyon State Natural Area has you covered. Visitors may enjoy scenic picnics, hiking, biking, running, geocaching and regularly scheduled programs. Government Canyon has more than 40 miles of trails for all levels of hikers and bikers. Adult entrance fees are $6 and children under 12 get in free.
