    UTSA School of Music will welcome Grammy-winning classical guitar virtuoso David Russell to the UTSA Recital Hall April 20th at 7:30 PM for a concert featuring his 2024 USA program. The pieces on his program are from well-known Spanish composers like J. Broca’s Pensamiento Espanol, Bendetto Marcello’s Sonata, and F. Moreno Torroba’s Castillos de España. Russell will also present a classical guitar arrangement of J.S. Bach’s Flute Sonata in E minor, BWV 1034. Alongside the performance, a slideshow presentation will give audiences beautiful depictions of these places to accompany the music they will hear. Admission is free. (210) 458-4354
