By partnering with MBS Fitness- Training, Pilates & Yoga, EnergyX Fitness, and Smart Barre San Antonio, The Good Kind is able to bring to you their Fitness in the Garden series. You can bring a yoga mat, chair, pillow, blanket or whatever helps you stay comfortable for an hour while receiving healing sounds. Suggested donation of your choice at the door.
