The only San Antonio guinea pig rescue, Second Chance Cavy, is brimming with over 80 furry cheeks that are in need of a good home! Come to the rescue center at 1354 Basse Rd, Suite 6 (located within the Wildlife Rescue and Rehab Complex) to learn about the joys of guinea pig ownership with San Antonio’s guinea pig expert Diana Sandlin. Every Saturday during the summer is Adoption Saturday at the ‘Scu from 10-6 pm. There are babies, teens, young adults and senior guinea pigs, all looking for that special home ($35/single; $50/pair).
