SA’s first hotel-style rooftop lounge is an official must-see for partyers under 30. You might have to wait in line on a weekend night, but the place honestly looks best before the crowd arrives. Consider arriving early for an outdoor cocktail; if it feels like a good fit, you’ll be in position for a rotating cast of DJs and people watching of the ego-fueled variety. Luxe outdoor furnishings give IVY a slick South Beach vibe, while drink prices fortunately remain within this time zone.

Possibly SA’s most entertaining karaoke spot, Pegasus is also the most foolproof gay;meat market in town. Catch up on danceable music videos in the main bar, or gossip with the drag divas slamming high-octane cocktails before taking the stage elsewhere on the strip.;

; Everybody really will know your name at this old-fashioned Tejano bar. Best use: unwinding after work with $1.75 longnecks (Tuesdays and Thursdays) or dancing to live music on Fridays.
