A new video posted to Twitter shows women trailing the Texas Republican through an airport to confront him over his vote to approve Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh. Cruz tells the women Kavanaugh’s appointment was a “victory for women in America.”
“You think putting a sexual assaulter on the court is a victory for women?” one asks.
After Cruz responds that he believes in due process, another woman asks why he didn't take the assault allegations of multiple women into account during the hearing.WATCH: Sen. @tedcruz is heckled at an airport by an angry woman. He thanks the woman for expressing her First Amendment rights and responds, “God bless you, ma’am.” pic.twitter.com/FdULfg0ToE

"Thank you for expressing your First Amendment rights," Cruz replies, trying to end the conversation. But the women continue following, chanting "Shame on you, Ted Cruz."
It’s not the first time Cruz has taken heat in public over the Kavanaugh nomination. Last month, protestors heckled him out of a Washington D.C. restaurant.
