Saturday, March 8: Back in February, brewer Holland Lawrence of Ranger Creek Brewing and Distilling created an amber ale with peach notes based on a song by local band Colleens. The event will bring together chefs Isaac Cantu of Cordillera Ranch, Alex Altamirano of Morrison Dining, Toby Soto of Ocho at Hotel Havana, Kathy Pullin of Pullin BBQ, James Whitson of Brindles Ice Cream and Zach Lutton of Zedric’s preparing heavy hors d’ouvres along with supporting chefs Stephen Paprocki of Top Chefa, Chris Cook of Farm2Fork Catering and Jeff White of Boiler House.
