Breaking: Spurs reportedly trade Jefferson in exchange for ex-Spur Stephen Jackson

The NBA's annual game of musical chairs ended at the 3 p.m. EST trade deadline.

According to several media outlets, including Yahoo! Sports, the San Antonio Spurs executed a trade that sent Richard Jefferson to the Golden State Warriors in exchange for former Spur Stephen Jackson. As part of the trade, the Spurs also gave the Warriors a first-round pick.

If this trade is legit, it ends the embattled Richard Jefferson era, bringing in a former Spurs who's not only aware of Coach Pop's "Corporate Knowledge," but reaped the rewards of being a Spur with the 2003 NBA Title.

What do you think, San Antonio? Are you happy about this trade?
