The Pearl Brewery is adding a juice bar and cafe to the list of eateries. The new tenant, One Lucky Duck Juice Bar & Takeaway (303 Pearl Parkway, Suite 109) which will open Aug. 19, is based out of New York and will be opened by Noah Melngailis, brother of original owner Sarma Melngailis.
The Duck will offer "fresh and pre-made juices, shakes and salads as well as a variety of other chef-driven menu items. Other items for sale include vegan cookies and macaroons, granola and nut bars as well as three- and five-day cleansing option," according to the press release.
Hours will be 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.
