Pre-Thanksgiving Dinners in the Mix for NAO, BIN 555 and Tre Trattoria

Before you make this, try a pre-Thanksgiving feast.

Three of Chef Dady's restaurants and NAO (312 Pearl Pkwy) are whipping up their versions of pre-Thanksgiving feasts.

After the lighting of the Pearl tree, NAO is hosting "Gobble 'Til You Wobble," a late-night feast.

The restaurant will serve the Latin version of classic dishes on November 27 from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The menu will feature Slow-Fried Turkey Leg, made with duck fat confit, chili lime, and wasabi mustard; In the Flesh consisting of pumpkin and chorizo risotto, candid yams and marshmallows; Guajotoles Fat Dream , an open face bolillo, roasted turkey breast, stuffing, provoleta mornay and crispy proscuitto; Feast of Fries, made with house-cut double-blanched potatoes, turkey gravy, sharp cheddar and crispy bacon; as for the dessert, Not Yo Mama's Fried Pie with Brazil nut and cranberry with warm dark chocolate chip.

And if you're looking for a special cocktail for the season, try the Pilgrim's Punch, mixed with sweet potato, dark rum, Averna, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Lime, Sugar and Grated nutmeg.

But if you happen not to be at the Pearl, you can try three other places you might be near to.

Chef Dady's Bin 555 (555 W. Bitters Rd.), Tre Trattoria (4003 Broadway, 401 S. Alamo) will be hosting a Thanksgiving-Eve prixe fixe menu on November 27 during regular dinner hours.

Each menu offers three courses, in addition to the regular dinner menus.

Price varies from restaurant, Tre Trattoria will cost $34.50 per person, Bin 555 will cost $28.50.
