Georgia may think they have the peach market cornered, but in Central Texas we know the best of those furry little fruits come from nearby Fredericksburg. With the unusually long winter this year, experts have predicted this will be the best peach crop in years. That means all the peach pie, peach tea and peach ice cream you can handle.
