You won't have to travel to Austin to enjoy a Texas Monthly-sponsored event. Feast (1024 S. Alamo) will host the next installment of the Fire & Smoke series on April 13 with chef Stefan Bowers and Jason Dady teaming up to create a multi-course feast.
The event, which pairs a celebrity chef and a pit master, will also feature Patricia Sharpe, Texas Monthly executive editor, and BBQ Editor Daniel Vaughn. The January installment featured Paul Qui (Qui, and Top Chef Texas winner) and Aaron Franklin (Franklin Barbecue) sharing a kitchen. Tickets to the event ($150) went on sale this morning and will likely sell out so get on that ASAP at tmbbq.com.
