This cocktail? On that patio? We're so there.
You'll now be able to enjoy cool cocktails along with beer and wine at
Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden (312 Pearl Pkwy., Building 3, 210-354-4644). The Pearl-based eatery announced the addition of a new mixed beverage program today, along with new tequila, mezcal and whiskey offerings.
The new drinks include The 210 with Texas rye whiskey, Paula's Sweet Lemon, cane sugar, Angostura bitters, topped with sparkling brut; The Boiler Old Fashioned with bourbon, cane sugar cube, house bitters and brandied cherry; The Light & Power with gin, St. Germain, Austin Power & Light pale ale; and a Texas Paloma with Dulce Vida blanco tequila, Deep Eddy's grapefruit vodka, lime, cane sugar, Bitterman's Hopped Grapefruit bitters and Topo Chico (which sounds amazing come this summer). Prices range from $9-$14.
The new menu also includes a build-your-own Manhattan option, and hand-selected Texan whiskeys. Happy Hour, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday, will feature select half-off cocktails along with the $5 Tap Wine.
