You'll be able to enjoy an unusually early Shark Week this summer at The Hangar Bar & Grill (8203 Broadway, 210-824-2700) as they host viewing parties of all the toothsome action starting Sunday, July 5 at 7 p.m.
The Broadway bar will also food and drink specials including a $4 16-ounce Landshark (because sharks) and a $7 16-ounce Landshark with a Caribbean Shark Attack shot (made with coconut rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice and grenadine...so, hopefully it has some bite).
This will be the second year The Hangar airs Discovery Channel's ode to all things Jaws. Here's hoping they do away with the faux-science Megalodon bullshit and take a deeper dive as to what makes our shark friends so damn awesome.
