Change is the only constant in he food biz, or so I'm told...or so I've noticed in the last few years. Tucker's Kozy Korner (1338 E. Houston St., (210) 320-2192), a 67-year-old business which knows a thing or two about change is evolving once more.

Current owner Chris Cullum (Cullum's Attaboy, Cullum's Attagirl) will reopen Tucker's kitchen with a new menu based on the success of their recent Monday night pop-up with Alamo Beer at Attagirl. The new menu will include fried catfish filets, hush puppies, mashed sweet potatoes, fries grits and ham hock greens. An order of fish and hushpuppies will run at $10 and other items will be available a la carte for $3 to $5.

"We'll still have our entertainment — DJs, etc. — but we're hoping to make this a late night destination for dinner," Cullum said. The kitchen will open 5 p.m. to midnight daily.
