Wow, Boban Marjanović.

Last night during the Spurs 101-95 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves the 7-foot-3 center towered over the opposition, tying Kawhi Leonard with a team-high 17 points and securing the team's 18th win at home, where they are undefeated.

All this comes during a game where Tim Duncan was out with knee soreness and Coach Pop was ejected.

In early December, the Spurs sent Marjanović to the Austin Spurs in the developmental league to get some playing time, but then, with the center barely leaving the court, he broke a rim while dunking. The Spurs recalled him just a couple days after sending him to the league.

While no rims were broken at the AT&T Center last night, Marjanović was in fine form, and again, he hardly has to jump. He grabbed rebounds over the backs of the Timberwolves and lofted shots into the basket out of range of defenders.

He told ESPN he just tries to be useful

"I try to help my teammates, and they help me with the offense," Marjanovic tells ESPN. "It's good. We play together, and they use my height, and I feel comfortable when I go out on the court. I'm very happy because I'm a part of this team."

One YouTube user sums up Marjanović well.

"It's almost unfair like popovich [sic] enters a cheat character that is overpowered," the user comments.
