A Portland Loo like this one will soon arrive in Downtown San Antonio.
Within the next three months, San Antonio will have a new, state-of-the-art public restroom Downtown called the Portland Loo (read more about that here).

Portland Loos are open 24/7, and have been installed in over a dozen other cities. Bringing one, and perhaps many more in the future, to San Antonio could alleviate the problem of having few public places to go to the bathroom Downtown, says Councilman Roberto C. Treviño, who's leading the pilot project.

A key detail has yet to be decided though: Where will the Portland Loo be placed? Outside of somewhere Downtown, it's unknown.

Treviño has floated several ideas, as have officials at Centro San Antonio. Those locations appear on the map below with red pins. The blue pins signify existing public restrooms. If we missed any public places to 'go' Downtown, tell us in the comments or email [email protected], and we'll add it in.
