Fresh off of the Clint Eastwood-directed Jersey Boys, based on the Broadway play of the same name, Franki Valli and his Four Seasons, the group behind classics "Sherry," "Walk Like a Man," "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You" and "Big Girls Don't Cry," will bring that Jersey sound to the Majestic Theatre on Wednesday, August 10 at 8 p.m.

Having sold over 175 records worldwide and being inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame just last year, Valli and the Four Seasons are one of the U.S.' most successful pop ensembles. Famous for their barbershop harmonies accompanied on their iconic recordings by some of the country's finest session players, Valli and the Four Seasons provided the soundtrack for generations of fans and maintain a strong pop culture presence, being featured on the soundtrack for numerous films since their initial run of hits in the '60s and '70s.

Tickets will be priced at $45-$125 and will be available at the Theatre box office, ticketmaster.com, or by calling (800) 745-3000. They go on sale this Friday, May 13 at 10 a.m.

Sinbad, the comedian, not the sailor.

The family-friendly comedian who starred in numerous PG comedies in the 1990s and got his start on the Cosby spin-off A Different World as Coach Walter Oakes will perform a stand-up routine at the Majestic on Thursday, August 5 at 8 p.m. Sinbad, whose birth name is David Adkins but chose the moniker out of admiration for the famous sailor, also defeated Dennis Miller in an episode of the Ed McMahon-hosted Star Search and went on to star in such films as Houseguest, featuring the glorious Phil Hartman, Meteor ManFirst Kid (Zachary Ty Bryan, anyone?) and Good Burger (the Kenan & Kel joint).

Ranked by Comedy Central as one of the 100 best comedians of all time, tickets for the show are priced from $29.50-$39.50 and are available from the Theatre box office, ticketmaster.com, by phone at (800) 745-3000 and go on sale this Friday, May 13 at noon.
