Kneaders Bakery and Cafe Announces Second SA Location

Quick service bakeries are so hot right now. Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, which was launched in 1997 in Orem, Utah, is opening its second location in San Antonio. It's got a similar vibe as Panera and La Madeleine, which also focuses on fast casual, home-made breads, sandwiches and breakfast things. 

The second Kneaders will open Friday, August 26 at 8 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to introduce Alamo Ranch to its line of pastries, sandwiches and European hearth bread. From Friday and Saturday, 10 percent of the proceeds will go toward the W.H. Taft High School Project Graduation.
