Come out to Legacy Park Oct. 7 and join climate scientist Katharine Hayhoe for a discussion of her new book, Saving Us: A Climate Scientist’s Case for Hope and Healing in a Divided World. She'll be joined by Brendan Gibbons, an environmental journalist for the San Antonio Report. After the talk we'll get hands-on with pollinator plant making, live composting, and a rain garden demo. Then join us and Texas Public Radio for the Summer Night City Series. Food and drink will be available from Pinkerton’s BBQ. Others can join virtually.
