More than a year after announcing its intentions to open a second location in the former home of Toscana Ristorante, La Panadería is readying its doors for a weekend opening. With almost twice as much square footage, a gleaming new kitchen, new menu items and seating for just about any occasion, be it date night, family gathering or quick work-day lunch, La Panadería is days away from sharing its "bread cultura" with downtown San Antonio.
