After Robbery, Bombay Salsa Co. Will Host Fundraising "Thieves Suck" Party

The weekend wasn't very kind to Bombay Salsa Co., an Indian/Mexican fusion food truck that opened in 2013. On July 8, the truck was ransacked and the culprits made off with a 27-inch worktop refrigerator and a Honda diesel generator according to a post made by the truck's owner on their Facebook.

To make up costs, Bombay Salsa Co. will host a fundraising bash at Burleson Yard Beer Garden on Friday, July 14 with a menu of Awesomeosas, falooda (a dessert drink popular in Asian and Southeast Asia with everything but the kitchen sink), fish tacos, Tandoori fries, saag paneer and more.

The truck will open 6 p.m. to midnight.

430 Austin St., (210) 201-2021.
