An 1890s Victorian home on San Antonio's list of historical landmarks list is now for sale

An 1890s era home built by the Roemers, one of the many families of German immigrants who settled in the south-of-downtown King William district is now on the market for $860,000.

Based on its age and significance, the property is also included on the City of San Antonio's list of historical landmarks. But even without its important pedigree, the four-bedroom, two-bath Victorian has plenty of fascinating features.

The exterior includes a massive porch, intricate brickwork around its front windows and lush landscaping. Inside, the home features built-in cabinets, a modern kitchen and a converted attic bedroom features its own bathroom with a claw foot tub.

This home is listed by Shail Patel with Kuper Sotheby's International Realty.
