San Antonio restauranteur Lucas Bradbury knows the food biz. He's shaken things up in the cocktails scene as a partner in Jet Setter and Pastiche, and he's also CEO of the fast-growing vegan food chain Project Pollo.
But who knew the guy also had an eye for picking out and renovating super-cute 1930s cottages?
Bradbury recently put this three-bedroom, three-bath stone cottage in Alamo Heights on that market after he and his family spent the past year on renovations for the property. They're now unloading the home for $840,000 because they want a bigger yard, according to the property's listing agent.
Built in 1936, the house features a limestone sun room, a rustic interior accent wall that Bradbury added when he remodeled the property and naturally, a large and stylish kitchen. Let's take a look.
