The Washington Post writes the Hermès Quartet “will likely take its place among the top quartets of our time.” Winner of the 2012 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, first and special “Coup de Coeur Breguet” prizes at Geneva International Music Competition and first prizes in European YCA Artists Auditions in Germany, the quartet made acclaimed debuts. The event will be sponsored by the Russell Hill Rogers Fund for the Arts and marketing support will come from MACSA-Musical Arts Center of San Antonio. The Hermes Quartet includes Omer Bouchez and Elise Liu on the violins, Yung-Hsin Lou Chang on the viola and Christine J. Lee on the cello.
