Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology known as the ‘Yoga of Awareness.” It is a powerful and dynamic practice that combine pranayama (breath), mantra (chanting), mudras (hand positions) and repetitive movement to help us tap into our awareness of and relationship to our own physical and subtle energetic bodies.The Autumn Equinox is a time of perfect balance, when day and night, light and dark are equal in length.
