Be River Proud Kayaking Event Series: River of Lights

Join River Authority staff in collaboration with REI for a unique opportunity to paddle the Museum Reach segment of the San Antonio River Walk at night! Paddlers will take in the sights of the 10th Annual Museum Reach River of Lights on Thursday, December 19 from 9-10 p.m. There is a $25 refundable deposit to reserve and utilize a kayak. More details can be found on the registration site. The evening of the paddling event, the River Authority will provide all participants with a free cell phone dry bag and hand sanitizer. REI will be on hand to provide snacks and Summer Moon will provide free coffee to help keep participants warm, and anyone inexperienced can take advantage of lessons provided by REI at 7:30 p.m.
