Body Image Yoga explores the relationship we have with our bodies that society has subjected us to endure. It questions the values we learned, through our recent history; asking questions about, family, religion and pop culture in a society that values looks before health.
This 90-minute class will include a yoga sequence as well as a meditation for radical self acceptance. Wear comfortable close, and bring a mat. There will be a few mats available but on a first-come basis.
