Batman: The Ride, Six Flags Fiesta Texas' topsy-turvy "4D" roller coaster will open to the public on Saturday, May 23.

The first-of-its-kind,120-foot tall coaster uses magnetic technology — thanks, science! — and features two 90-degree free falls drops and six inverted flips to make you question your internal organ arrangement once you disembark. Expect a full-scale Batmobile replica and working Bat signal on this The Dark Knight-themed thrill ride.

Are you a Fiesta Texas season pass holder? Well, you get to ride it early. Gold members will be the first to enjoy the ride next Saturday, May 16. Regular season pass holders can strap in the day after, Sunday, May 17.

Once you board, you'll face other riders, so there's an opportunity to make friends or show off your "about to crap your pants face" that's usually not seen until its displayed on screens at the ride photo kiosk. Here's a look at what you can expect.
