Is your salsa a hit at most parties? Do people love that secret-ingredient barbecue sauce or rub you make for your brisket? If you're looking to break into production, Break Fast & Launch could help.

The program is a "culinary business accelerator" founded in January of this year to "help entrepreneurs launch sustainable food concepts" through mentoring and training. Read more about the first restaurant and food truck cohort in this feature story on the program to learn more.

According to Break Fast & Launch's website, applications for food techs and product creators are open until August 17. If accepted, the program lasts approximately three months. So if you think you have what it takes, take a shot and apply.
