San Antonio's Brighton Center was recognized by Non-Profit Times, the leading business publication in nonprofit management, as the #2 nonprofit in the nation to work for in 2012. Brighton Center, located at 14207 Higgins Road, provides family and community education and developmental services to children with disabilities or delays, empowering them to achieve their individual potential. Executive Director Kim Jefferies, stated "Our employees are out there every day making a difference in our community and deserve a positive, encouraging work environment." You can volunteer to help these awesome employees in program support, special events and board committees. For more info, check the volunteer page of their website.
