All right, so it isn't the most glamorous place to chow down. But inside the retro-façade, the men inside Burger Boy churn out the damn tastiest burgers in San Antonio. They aren't particularly thick, or enormously big, but there is a world of flavor in each mouthful: a potent beefiness that the likes of McDonald's have made us all forget. Complementing the old-fashioned burger are french fries that look like they came out of your childhood cafeteria, but these Ore-Ida knockoffs are crunchy, salty, and guiltily addictive. - Laura Fries
