Often, so-called dream-pop acts fall short on the “pop,” offering up music that takes aim at pop sensibilities, but isn’t easy enough to digest. Shana Falana is a New York artist who, while delving into ambient oddness and sharp, experimental electro-rock, truly delivers the goods in fun-pop packaging.
