Catch Tim Duncan's BlackJack Speed Shop Arm Drop Contest At San Antonio Raceway

Do you have a need for speed?

Then you have something in common with San Antonio Spurs superstar Tim Duncan.

Duncan's custom-car joint, BlackJack Speed Shop, is hosting the BlackJack Speed Shop Arm Drop event, which runs from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. Saturday at the San Antonio Raceway (3641 S Santa Clara Rd.).

Here are the details:

The first 100 cars to pre enter will get to compete for a $5,000 winner takes all purse. Top 3 will get awards! Multiple celebrities & heroes will be starting the first round.

The 16 cars closest in speed will make it to the semi finals where Tim Duncan will start each race! Bring your friends out that are close in speed to increase your odds of being in the top 16.

Everyone has a chance to win something - Tim Duncan will pick one winner to give an autographed helmet to. This will be his favorite car/driver of the night so wear a costume, do a great burn out, show off to catch his eye and it could be you!

Tickets range from $15 general admission to a $25. Drivers can register to race for $100 and have a chance to win $5,000.

Kids who are 12-years-old or younger get free admission.
