Chicana Art & Artists in the 21st Century Symposium
When: Tue., March 7, 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m. 2017
Trinity University will host a one-day symposium that brings together Chicana artists for a gathering that explores their art. Chicana Art is in a period of transition at the beginning of the 21st century. The work of these artists spans over 50 years of art production. The symposium will allow for conversations about the past and the contemporary Chicana art scene. Renowned artist Judith Baca is the keynote speaker.
