In this class, guests will learn how to prepare impressive global-inspired dishes in which vegetables are the star. In addition to working with familiar favorites, you’ll discover some lesser-known veggies; a highlight of the class is creating and enjoying a colorful, flavorful vegetarian feast with your classmates.
