Artisan Distillery brings comedy to downtown San Antonio every Saturday! 8/28: Mary Becquet Mary Becquet is a farm-raised kid from rural Texas, who cut her finger off at age 18 in an industrial accident (that may or may not have involved meth). At 9-fingers strong, she borrowed money to go to college, back in the day when a Bachelors Degree Only cost $200, and became the first person in her family to get a degree. Ever practical, she majored in Chinese. For some years Mary lived and worked in China, then came home & decided to get a ‘real’ job.
